#Day 25
When designers are not dealing with very serious issues, they are having fun. Or both, which is the balance of an ingenious design.
And by this I mean, the re-interpretation of the iconic Savoy into an “up-dated” data of the global warming consequences. Just beautiful!

At the end of day, we never create nothing new. Re-apropriation is the human imagination.

“More often than not, the idea process required to create something defines its purpose and character more than its appearance. Like the idea of reincarnation, the creative process is a journey where ideas take different forms. It is the story of how our creations come to life and how they affect - and are affected by - their environment.”
It pretty much says it all!

It sure came by no surprise that I’m an over-thinker. And for over-thinkers what’s right or wrong, it can be painful sometimes. Standing for yourself and your believes makes you questioning if you’re thinking the right way, but there is any right way of thinking things? Or should we just follow conventions of thinking?
Some days, like today my thoughts and questions about the world, perception of the world and my own practice feels like an infection, an infection of doubt.

There are things in life that hardly will change, and one of them is ‘connections’.
Because we are social beings, and we need to connect to each other, even there’s more people living alone or don’t have any friends or family it doesn’t mean that are not frustrated. However I do not want to fall into the False-consensus effect, communication is one the key to promote better relationships, which lead to a better quality life, which lead to evolution.
Turning taboos and “elephant in the room” situations into a interesting dialogue, apparently has a major impact in someone’s cognitive life. And this project is beautiful and interesting way of turning a important impactive dialogue to a lasting reminder.
Sounds Advice Project, designed by David Bizer, invites parents to talk to their children about drug use and the project will convert the voice recoding into a bracelet. A different kind of bespoke design with a very interesting persuasion technique
